Dayo Joshua

Managing Director/CEO

A graduate of Economics from the University of Jos and an MBA graduate from the prestigious Lagos Business School. He started his banking career in the year 2000 with Standard Trust Bank (now, United Bank for Africa) and moved on to Equitorial Trust Bank and Oceanic Bank International Nigeria Plc before he caught the vision to be a more engaged participant in the growth and development of the small and medium scale enterprises in Nigeria, in particular and Africa in general. He was one of the pioneer members of the dynamic product development and management teams in the Nigerian Banking industry; a concept and department that has since been adopted as a major strategic business unit in all the Banks. His contribution to the development and management of payment systems in the industry has been recognised with the continuous integration into the entire banking system.

His expertise in the inward and outward funds remittance services, ability to midwife partnering with Local and International organizations and a thorough understanding as a bridge in the relationship with the developed, developing and emerging economies, stands him out.

His specialization in the growth of the Retail Banking group in the Banks he worked has positioned him to lead a successful team. He has been called on to facilitate both within the Banks he worked and by Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria . He has attended extensive trainings and development courses that has equipped him to implement this vision. He is married.

Chinelo Obikobe

Non-Executive Director

An experienced tax consultant and advisor having garnered this experience as a provider of tax advisory and compliance services to a number of clients both in Nigeria and abroad. Also, her exemplary passion for the growth and development of small and medium scale businesses brought her to this team.

She holds a B.Sc Degree in Accounting and a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Olutoyin Fashakin

Head – Credit and Marketing

A graduate of Economics from Lagos State University. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He started his banking career in the year 2007 with United Bank for Africa. While in the employment of the bank, he was a member of the marketing team to start up a branch and he was always moved in between the retail and corporate groups of the marketing department in consideration of his resilient nature and strong passion towards the banking profession.

He is vibrant and has a strong desire to participate in rapid development of small and medium scale industry. He has attended various trainings and development programs that have adorned him and made him relevant in the industry.

Afolabi Adelegan

Head – Finance and Accounts

He has OND Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti and BSC Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAN). He has worked in various capacities in his chosen career path. He has worked more doggedly with small and medium scale businesses with special emphasis on the geographical location of the south-western part of Nigeria, except during his foray to Warri, where he ran a hospitality business, he has also worked as an Auditor.

His passion for seeing growth and development of small and medium scale businesses has endeared him to the management team. He is a renowned Islamic Scholar who has presented papers at various Islamic organizations. His proposal for running an Islamic banking model has run effectively, even though, he is strongly opinionated against the implementation methods.

He is married with 4 children and a devout muslim who ensures he observes his prayers regularly.

Adedapo Ajiboye

Head, Admin and General Services

He studied Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at Lagos State University. Also has a Diploma degree in Marketing from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State.

With JAVA programming platform training gathered from Karox Institute VGC centre, Lagos, he is a technologically forward person with interests in application development, user experience and support. He has handled marketing, procurement, integration and installation of various IT equipments and gadgets.

His banking experience started in Oceanic Bank international Plc, having worked with the E-business operations department with extensive knowledge of banking software and customer relations.

Othuke Egbodo

Internal Auditor

A graduate of Computer Science from Lagos State University Ojo and National Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Auchi Polytechnic Auchi. He started his Banking career in the year 2000 with Standard Trust Bank (now, United Bank for Africa) there he spent over a decade before resigning to deepen his pursuit in his chosen career path.

- In UBA, his major milestone achievement includes but not limited to GMD special spot check audit assignment of UBA Asset Management.
- Special reconciliation task force on UBA Stockbrokers Limited. His work as a clearing control officer with the following responsibilities:
Review of the items in the Clearing & Adjustment Account to ensure that all items have not exceeded the approved holding period (24 & 48 hours for local and upcountry instruments) and that all balances are represented by physical instruments.

Review and call over of NEFT inflow and outflow transactions and ensure that inflows applied are into the correct customers’ accounts in order to avoid conversion. He was afterward moved to Treasury internal control with the following responsibilities: Daily CBN reconciliation, Daily call over of RTGS transaction, Daily call over of treasury operation transactions (TROPS). In the world of Information Technology, his curiosity and love for technology led him into the fascinating world of IT. His passion for audit and control has always being the propelling force for excellence in the field of audit work which equally brought him to this team. He is happily married with children.
